These risograph prints were created for Hot Bed Press's 20:20 Print Exchange, an annual project inviting printmakers to produce small editions. Both prints play with geometric layouts and bold, structured shapes, which naturally suit the risograph process and its vibrant, layered aesthetic. I wanted to explore domestic spaces through a playful lens, using grids, symmetry, and exaggerated forms to create busy, characterful scenes. The process allowed me to embrace happy accidents in colour overlays and texture, adding extra energy to the compositions while pushing my work into the tactile, unpredictable world of printmaking.
